As Ohio Digs Itself Out of One of the Worst Snow Storms in Ten Years, Many Ask How Natural Is Fern?

STATEWIDE - As a rare and improbable ice and snow storm event takes place across the county, Ohio has itself seen record snowfall pairing with frigid temperatures which has many wondering just how natural Winter Storm Fern may be.
Just a few short days ago, James O’Keefe, of O’Keefe Media Group posted a video where he claims he went undercover at the Davos Conference for the World Economic Forum and caught several high-profile individuals on camera confirming the existence of weather modification in the U.S. The video was posted just one day before the historic winter storm Fern touched most of the heartland and has brought record snowfall and frigid temperatures for the entirety of the state.
TOR has previously covered the issue of geoengineering, specifically high-altitude chemical spraying that may be taking place in Ohio. However, is there a connection between the chemical spraying being conducted above our heads and the current snowpocalypse? Many are arguing the unlikely mixture of warm and cold fronts that have given way to the extreme ice and winds seen across much of the central and southern states actually reveals a potential geoengineering source.
During his appearance on The Jimmy Dore show, investigative journalists and engineer from Geoengineeringwatch,Dane Wigington, outlined why he believed the weather pattern from Fern, which led to the unprecedented weather actually confirmed a geoengineered origin.
"The high pressure dome with frequency transmission facilities, which are weapons of mass destruction, like HAARP in Alaska, They can superheat the ionosphere, creates a massive expanding bulge in the atmosphere up and down. That creates a high-pressure dome in the northern hemisphere which spins the upper level wind currents clockwise. So picture that red spot of above normal or record high temperatures as being a high pressure dome that rotates clockwise, rotating all the moisture from the Pacific around it or a low pressure zone, below it rotating below it. So they're spinning the moisture around the west chemically nucleating it. And those are patented processes by the way. These are endothermic reacting materials. The Chinese government openly announced they're doing exactly this on a massive scale. All mainstream media covered it."
Much of the claims from Wigington can be easily fact-checked. It is indeed true the Chinese Government has increased weather modification operations as a matter of their national security and many publications have covered it.
Additionally, the HAARP patent Wigington referred to, is a patent device which uses transmitters (antennas) on the ground to emit high-frequency radiation, which is directed to travel along magnetic field lines to affect the targeted ionosphere or magnetosphere region. The initial purpose of this device was to make government satellites transmit more clearly. However, one of the unintended, or perhaps intentional side benefits of the device depending on who is asking, was weather modification. The invention patent, attached below this article, states it is designed for altering specific atmospheric regions, including modifying electron density and temperature to create artificial effects, including weather modification.
Weather modification is nothing new to government entities and technology. Cloud seeding specifically was initially tested during Operation Popeye in the Vietnam war in which Silver iodide and lead iodide were dispersed from canisters into cumulus clouds to alter weather conditions across enemy lines. However, technology like HAARP may have opened the floodgates to initiate alternative technologies to counter act the massive warming impact these transmission facilities have. In a move of irony, some argue 'global warming' may very well be real, just completely unrelated to carbon. Conversely, the governments attempt to mitigate the results of their environmental destruction seems to be by spraying hazardous materials into the sky to 'cool' the planet down.
In an article for Rense, author Bob Fitrakis, the lawyer who stumbled upon the Arthur Shapiro Murder file, uncovered sources within Ohio stating the U.S. Military has been a party to atmospheric chemical spraying in a direct act to 'stop climate change'.
"A scientist working at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, who insisted on anonymity, told Columbus Alive that two different secret projects have been conducted. One involved cloud creation experiments to lessen the effect of global warming. The other involved radiation reflection of clouds in conjunction with the military's High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) in Alaska.[William] Thomas, writing in the November-December 2001 issue of NEXUS New Times magazine, essentially confirmed this assessment of the activities at the Dayton air base. "The barium spread in exercises conducted out of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base acts as an electrolyte, enhancing conductivity of radar and radio waves," Thomas reported. "Wright-Pat has also long been deeply engaged in HAARP's electromagnetic warfare program. Sunbury resident Dan King remembers a stormy day in July when he was driving on a newly resurfaced section of I-71 and "the rainwater looked like dish soap water on the highway. I thought it was just from the resurfacing," he said, "but when I got out in the country I saw the same thing. Piles of suds at the side of the road.”
Similarly, Fitrakis would again revisit the issue in a later article with The Free Republic.
Skeptics who continue to insist the government would never be involved in secret aerial spraying, particularly in Ohio, may want to address their questions to the C-130 aircrews from the 910th Airlift Wing stationed at Youngstown’s Air Reserve Station. In July 2000, an Air Force press release bragged, “Fifteen service members from military installations in Germany and England were at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, 8-12 May, learning how to use chemicals to destroy the enemy… The seven airmen and eight soldiers learned how to plan, execute and oversee the entire process of applying pesticides by air.” The press release said the Youngstown air unit will only be used against “insects with their deadly diseases. Two scientists working at Wright Patterson Air Force Base informed Alive of the ongoing secret experiments, one involving weather modification and the other involving the creation of an aerial antenna using a barium stearate chemical trail. The scientists referred to the work of legendary inventor Nikola Tesla. Before Ronald Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative (or “Star Wars”), there was Tesla’s vision of high-tech space-based warfare and weather modification. According to Tesla biographer Margaret Cheney, federal agents seized Tesla’s papers after his death in 1943. “[At] least one set of Tesla’s papers had reached Wright Field [now Wright Patterson Air Force Base],” Cheney wrote. The Aeronautic Systems Division at Wright Patterson admitted it had the Tesla papers but claim they were “destroyed.”
During the Biden administration, 'climate change' was effectively declared a national security issue under executive order . While most perceived the move as political jockeying to give further lip service to the carbon-obsessed international finance markets that want to impose carbon credits, the reality may be that the move effectively relocated the the mass spraying operations of chemicals like aluminum, barium, strontium, manganese, polymer fibers, surfactants and graphene under the umbrella of the CIA and DARPA, where it can be conducted outside of FOIA requests and public scrutiny or even contracted out to private contractors.
This move also opened the floodgates for privatized patents being issued for new ways to create chemical ice events using compounds like graphene. The below 2022 US patent states it is for 3D reduced graphene oxide/SiO2 nanocomposites that enable ice nucleation in cloud seeding at temperatures up to -8°C, far warmer than natural processes
As a case example, this 'cloud seeding' as it is sometimes referred to, something the government and media has denied they are doing for years, was more than likely the cause of the Texas floods that occurred last summer. The CEO of private geoengineering company "RainMaker", Augustus Doricko made appearances on multiple news programs to deny allegations his company was responsible, not because the patented process is unlikely to create additional precipitation, as is its intention, but because their specific company only ran one mission prior to the storm. What no one asked is whether or not the U.S. military or other private military contractors conducted similar operations prior to the storm. The amount of chemical dumping that can be conducted by a C-130 is orders of magnitude greater than the drones RainMaker was using.
The argument being posed is that the atmospheric heating generated by facilities like HAARP in the northwest is colliding with the rapidly descending chemically nucleated moisture in the east, generated from atmospheric spraying, creating a unique and destructive ice storm that is sweeping through the nation. Given the available evidence, that argument seems more plausible than most.
While just ten to twenty years ago these conversations would have been considered beyond the realm of tin foil hats, the reality is that the technology is very real, very old and being rolled out in our very own state. While globalists at the Davos conference publicly use ' man made climate change' as a means to push increased control structures on populations, such as 'climate credits', behind closed doors they are admitting themselves and their world governments as the culprits behind it.
All this to say that the next time Ohioans are outside frustratingly digging their cars out of several feet of snow in the middle of the road to make a slow and treacherous commute home, remember there may be actual people you can blame for it.
